The ESNcard is the official membership card of the Erasmus Student Network. It gives international students and local buddies access to subsidised ticket prices for our local events, discounts across Graz, and international travel savings throughout Europe.
What Your ESNcard Includes
- Access and subsidised ticket prices for ESN Graz events
- Local discounts with our Graz partner businesses
- International partner deals (Ryanair discounts, accommodation, FlixBus, etc.) on esncard.org
How to Get Your ESNcard
-
Create a Kide.app Account & Request Membership:
Register online at Kide.app and submit a request for the digital ESNcard Graz membership. Although Kide lists the initial online step as €0, this is simply the digital application process.
-
Prepare Your Documents:
Make sure you have a printed passport photo (approx. 2×3 cm), your passport or valid ID card, and proof of your student exchange status in Graz (such as an acceptance letter or Learning Agreement).
-
Pay & Activate in Person (€10 Cash):
Bring your documents and €10 in cash to our Office Hours, or visit our team during the official university Welcome Presentations at the start of the semester. We will collect the membership fee, verify your eligibility, and activate your card on the spot.
Note: Cash is currently the only accepted payment method for ESNcards while we work on bringing online payments to Graz.
Form Filling Notice
When requesting membership on Kide.app, leave the “ESNcard Number” and “Issued By” fields blank. Our team will fill in these details when activating your card in person.
