Fastest Response: Instagram & WhatsApp
For quick questions, the best way to reach us is through Instagram or our WhatsApp Community. The WhatsApp group is monitored by our entire team, meaning you will usually get the fastest reply there.
How to join the WhatsApp Community:
To keep the group safe and relevant, we do not share the invite link publicly. You can get access in one of three ways:
- Welcome Presentations: We share the link when we introduce ESN at the start of the semester.
- Office Hours: Drop by and ask a team member to add you.
- Open Events: Speak to any ESN team member during our weekly Regular’s Table (Stammtisch) or other open events.
Important: Please stick exclusively to these three methods. We kindly ask that you do not send personal messages to individual team members asking them to add your friends. Processing private requests is overwhelming for our volunteers and they will not be accepted.
In Person: Office Hours
You are always welcome to visit us personally at our Office Hours! This is the perfect time to ask questions, activate your ESNcard, or just chat with the team.

Academic & Official University Questions
Please do not contact us regarding official university matters (such as course registration, grades, or enrolment). We cannot guarantee the accuracy of this information. You must direct all academic questions to your host university’s International Office.
