We are a team of student volunteers who organise events, trips, and support services for exchange students in Graz. If you want to meet people from all over the world, help out behind the scenes, or practice a language, we would love to have you on board!
Ways to Get Involved
- Event Organisation: Planning social gatherings, trips, and cultural activities.
- Office Hours: Welcoming students in person, answering questions, and handing out ESNcards.
- Media: Writing posts, designing graphics, or updating our social media and website.
- Human Resources: Interviewing new applicants, guiding onboarding, supporting team members, and organising internal team events.
- Partnerships: Working with local businesses to arrange discounts for students.
- Finance: Helping manage budgets and event accounting.
- Buddy Programme: Coordinating local student matches and arrival support.
