When We Are Closed
We do not hold office hours during summer break (July and August), Christmas and Easter holidays, or on official public holidays. If there are any unexpected closures or time updates, we will announce them on our homepage and social media.

Located inside the student union premises (ÖH Uni Graz).

Enter through the main entrance on the right-hand side of the building. Go up one floor (past the ÖH Service Center), turn right, and walk through the glass door.

Enter through the main building door, turn right through the glass door, and walk down the corridor. Our room is the last door on your right.
Official University Documents
If you need official paperwork signed (such as Learning Agreements, enrolment confirmations, or transcripts), please contact the International Office or Welcome Center of your host university. ESN Graz is a student-run volunteer team focusing on social integration, events, and student support, so we cannot sign official academic documents.
