ESN Graz Office Hours

Exceptions – No office hours during:

ESN Office – University of Graz:

  • Situated within the students’ union premises (ÖH Uni Graz)
  • Office for exchange students and ESN Uni Graz
  • Open to all, not just Uni Graz students

Location:

Schubertstraße 6 (adjacent to ‘Mensa’, close to the main Uni Graz building)

 

Directions:

Enter from the primary entrance on the right side, ascend one floor (past ÖH Service Center), take a right, and proceed through the glass door. We’re available only during office hours.

ESN Office – Graz University of Technology:

  • Located in the students’ union area (HTU Graz)
  • Office for exchange students and ESN TU Graz
  • Everyone’s welcome, not restricted to TU Graz students

Location:

TU Graz main building, Rechbauerstraße 12 (campus Alte Technik)

 

Directions:

Enter through the main door, take a right through the glass door, continue down the hallway, and it’s the last door on your right. This space is co-occupied by the students’ union and ESN.

 

International Office – Welcome Hub

For official matters, such as modifications to your learning agreement, reach out to the international office of your respective institution (TU Graz, Uni Graz, FH Joanneum, Kunst Uni Graz, Med Uni Graz, Pädagogische Hochschule Steiermark, Private Pädagogische Hochschule Augustinum (KPH Graz) – primarily in German with basic English details). This is the same office you interacted with upon your arrival and is in charge of exchange students. While we work in tandem with them, we are not directly associated. ESN is here to offer support, organize events, and ensure you’re connected during your Graz stay. Kindly acknowledge our expertise domain.
